The Kinesio® taping method is a new and effective treatment for lymphoedema reduction, muscle disorders and joint dysfunction. It is used extensively in Europe, America and Asia, and is now being introduced to the UK. The technique uses a special adhesive cotton tape, applied to stretched skin. Used with Kinesio® Taping applications, it can greatly aid flow of lymphatic fluid, muscle disorders and joint dysfunction - alleviating pain, enhancing performance, and facilitating rehabilitation.
